You can sign up as a member using your email address — no password needed!
✨ Here’s how it works:
1. Click the 👤 icon on the top right corner of the website
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email inbox for a 6-digit verification code
4. Enter the code on the website to log in or create your account
Once you’re logged in, you’ll be able to:
•Track your orders
•Earn and redeem rewards
•Enjoy exclusive member discounts

If you’re having trouble logging in, here are a few things to check:
•Make sure you entered the correct email address
•Check your spam/junk folder for the 6-digit code
•Wait a few minutes, then try requesting the code again

No worries! If you’re unsure which email you used to sign up:
•Try checking for order confirmation emails you’ve received from us

4. Update your name, phone number, or shipping address as needed
5. Click Save to confirm the changes

If you previously signed up on our Taiwan website, you can transfer your membership to the Malaysia site and keep your member status.
🔄 How to transfer:
1. Fill out the Member Transfer Form within 30 days
2. Use the same email address as your Taiwan membership
3. We’ll complete the transfer and notify you via email once it’s done
📌Only transfer requests submitted within 30 days will be accepted.
