Cancellation requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are only considered under specific circumstances.

Eligible for Cancellation

A cancellation request may be approved if:

• The order has not yet been shipped
• The request is submitted promptly after the order is placed
• A valid reason is provided

How to Request a Cancellation

Contact our Customer Care team via Facebook or Instagram with your order number and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond as soon as possible.

Important Notes

• Cancellations are not guaranteed and are subject to approval by Poly Lulu
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
• Approved cancellations will be refunded as store credit only
• Poly Lulu reserves the right to reject any cancellation request that does not meet the required conditions
